These terms apply to bookings and stays at Apple Tree Homestay, Shergaon, Arunachal Pradesh. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to the following.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after we acknowledge your dates by phone, WhatsApp or email. An enquiry form submission is a request, not a guaranteed reservation, until confirmed.
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need different timings, please ask in advance and we will try to help.
Guests & conduct
- Please treat the home, the family and other guests with respect.
- Only the guests included in the booking may stay overnight unless agreed in advance.
- Valid government photo ID is required at check-in, as per local rules.
Payments
Room rates will be shared at the time of booking. Payment terms (advance and balance) will be confirmed with you directly.
Damage & liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property during their stay. We are not liable for personal belongings; please keep valuables safe.
