Apple Tree Homestay is a family-run home in Shergaon, one of the quietest and greenest villages in West Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh. Run by Chochung Rema Jairy and family, it sits among apple orchards and pine slopes — a calm base for travellers who want to slow down and see the real Shergaon.
Our rooms are clean, simple and warm, with thick blankets for the cool mountain nights and views of the hills and orchards. Meals are cooked at home with local produce, and you are always welcome to share tea with the family and ask about the village, its Sherdukpen culture and the walks nearby.
Whether you are exploring the Shergaon–Mandala route or just need a peaceful few days away, you will be looked after warmly and honestly, like one of our own.
